Good morning :)

Another chilly day here -- more windshield scraping. It seems early this year but then I realize I wasn't up this early on a daily basis last year. CAMAW day one was good. We had a meeting with a platter of cookies and muffins. I was the first one there doing setup. And I managed to avoid them all despite how good they smelled. So I'm ready for day two. Although I'm slightly annoyed with the scale since it didn't budge, but I've got four more days ;)

QOTD: I didn't used to be a morning person but I am since we got the puppies. Who wouldn't be happy waking up to those guys :) I drive DH crazy because I will jump on the bed, send the puppies after him, or start singing something silly. If I don't sleep well then I'm a grump lol.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - Greek yogurt

Lunch - turkey sausage - tried to eat two yesterday and between the quantity and the taste I just couldn't do it. So one today.

Snack - egg

Snack - pepperoni, cheese stick

Dinner - hopefully chicken

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water, vits, and restoralax ;)

I wake up my kids by singing... reallllllllly badly... and realllllllly loudly. I made up a stupid song with their names years ago, and I still use that, although I've been known to belt out a Top 40's song as well... I think they love to hate it, and one day they will miss it, right?!

I'm a song maker-upper, too! I have songs for all the cats, and a couple for DH as well. And I love to sing them loudly and badly, too!

Morning!

I had to drop my sister off this morning, so I got to the office early. I love doing that sometimes because i get so much done before the phones start, and other people show up.

qotd: definitely a morning person. if you want me to agree to something, ask me in the morning, im bright eyed, and willing to take on anything hahaha. end of the day is another story...

Accountability: As i posted yesterday, I am out of AMAW and into CAMAW. The only C though is the premier in my coffee. So its going well.

Menu:

B: Coffee and premier

L: Tuna salad

S: Jerky

D: shrimp somehow. prob with Montreal steak spice and garlic....hmmm

Good morning! Yesterday went o****il my inner fat girl decided to eat her feelings and had a 1/2 a bag of skittles and a diet coke. Then I got home and our new scale came (old one finally self-destructed after 15 years - it had a good life ). I made the mistake of getting on in full clothing and boots in the afternoon. I always weigh first thing in the morning naked. I was gobsmacked! The number on the bright need LED screen was painful. Needless to say I am on track again!

QOTD: Not an early morning or late night person. I my sleep. LOL

Time since surgery: 3 years 3 months

B: Coconut milk latte, iced coffee with premier protein

B2: HB egg and deli ham

S: meat stick and string cheese

L: Chicken breast

S: iced coffee and premier protein and string cheese or salami

D: Whatever protein is available

W/V: Started

E: I ended up going to yoga last night so I will either bike on my trainer or run tonight.
