I would think yes? Since condiments are okay.

Good afternoon! I'm so happy to be getting this challenge started. I misread the rules and actually started yesterday. YAY! Yesterday's weight was 159.4, so I really need to get this going, so I can get back under 150, to be a "normal" weight.

Today's weight was 157.9, so I guess the CAMAW is working.

QOTD: no real Fall traditions, but I do love this weather, and we no longer have to leave the house before 7:30 to walk in cool weather. Yesterday was really windy though, so we walked 5K at the gym instead of on our usual trail.

Accountability, I haven't been on here much because I'm embarrassed about how much weight I put on this past year. Last October I weighed 137 pounds. Two weeks ago I weighed 161.4. This challenge is a great time for me to get back to accountability, and do the right thing for myself and my family.

CAMAW Day 1 menu

S2: homemade beef jerky

Please don't let any weight cause you to not post. Your experience has value for others and it helps you.

I shouldn't be embarrassed, since everyone here would understand more than anyone else. All the staying away from Obesity Help has done for me is make it easier to stay off plan.

That's exactly what it does. Right around 2-3 years out there is a steep dropoff of participation on OH.

While your weight/number is very important to you, no one here is judging you on whatever that number is.

Have a good CAMAW!

Hello all -

Late post for me today. Ran errands after I got off this morning and didn't go to bed until 11:30 this morning. Set alarm for 3:30 so I could take out my trash. Planning to do laundry and run the dishwasher before I go back to bed.

I would have done CAMAW but because I am on blood thinners for my A-Fib I have to eat spinach every day so that my blood work stays where the Dr. wants it. Losing weight this rapidly has really wreaked havoc on my levels.

QOTD: I have no fall traditions.

Today's menu:

B1 - 1/2 Scoop protein powder, SF Creamer in iced coffee

B2 - tuna pouch, Light baby bel cheese wheel

L - 3.5 oz. Shrimp, ****tail sauce

D - tuna pouch, Spinach salad

S - 1 Scoop protein powder, SF Creamer in iced coffee

Calories - 529, Protein - 89, Carbs - 24

Have a great week everyone!!
