Good morning everyone,

This AMAW/CAMAW falls at just the right time. I was at a convention for 5 days which was immediately followed by my annual girls weekend at the beach. I did not do as well as I should with watching my calories and carbs, but i did lose .4lbs.

I will be following CAMAW since I will be having a protein shake each morning.

9 months since RNY...starting weight today is 179.8

B: Cafe Bella Protein Coffee
S: Turkey Jerky
L: Deli Turkey
S: Beef Jerky
D: Pork Loin

Vitamin patches are on, and will be adding Miralax to my water all week.

Have a wonderful meat week!

Hello menu friends,

I'm LOVING the fall weather so much!

QOTD: Fall has always been my favourite season, and my special fall tradition is basically going for lots of nature hikes, walks, and drives to enjoy the leaves. There's a corn maze here that I like to go to, if I can convince anyone to come with me. I especially love it right before Halloween, when the Farmer hires highschool kids to dress up and scare everyone, lol. I also start crocheting again after taking the summer off, and enjoy making things in pretty earthy colours. I made some fingerless gloves and bottle holders so far, and am now working on a shrug.

My first CAMAW, so excited. I'm 8.5 months post op RNY, and the scale read 186.8 this morning (up from yesterday's 185, which I weighed since last Wed.).

Breakfast: 2 cups of decaf with 1/4 cup premier protein in each, followed by a pepperette and cheese string.

Lunch: Left over prime rib roast.

Supper: Unsure, possibly garlic shrimp.

Snack: herbal tea with premier protein, cheese string, pepperette

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

Good morning,

Thanks to you Teena and your crew for doing this. It's my first time and I'm almost 7 months out. Starting weight 180.6 lbs.

QOTD: Don't need to add leaves as we live on an acre and, if we bag everything, have 60 to 70 a season. Our mums aren't looking well with the rain and I'm already thinking greenery and Christmas stuff before the snow flies.

B - protein shake and black decaf.

S - Piller's turkey bite

L - 3 oz. crab meat with 1 tbsp. low fat mayo

S - Armstrong cheese stick

D - Grilled chicken breast and a hard boiled egg (if I can do the egg)

S - Plain Skyr on its own - a bit tart, but it has to be eaten.

Calories: 746, Protein: 101, Carbs: 26. All water and vitamins.

I don't know if you would like this but I put a little sugar free Torani syrup in my plain greek yogurt -- you could do the same with your Skyr. I personally like the gingerbread flavour. I didn't like it with anything else, but it is quite tasty in the yogurt :)

I've heard them mentioned. Where do you get it? Gingerbread sounds delicious.

The sugar free Torani I actually order online from a coffee store called ECS Coffee. The location near me closed but I think they still have a few stores. Also, another option is Jordan's Skinny Syrups. I get those at Home Sense. The s'mores flavour is amazing!! I think there are other stores that sell Torani, I just can't think of any offhand :)

I'm a CAMAW eater this week!

QOTD: Fall can be hotter and drier than summer around here (supposed to be 96 today), so there is nothing traditionally seasonal about it! Grrr. Sweaters, pumpkins, apples, falling leaves do not apply sadly.

B - coffee, eggs and bacon

L - leftover salmon

D - Marinated steak kabobs

S - string cheese

Weight this morning 175.

I'm anxious to get in to the overweight category too! I'm short so u have about 10 lbs to go.

Losing the regain! I got this!

I always remind myself that after losing 113 pounds, 10 (or 5,15 etc) is nothing! We can do it.
