Vitamins Cosco
Nope. But I get my fish oil and adult centrum's at BJs. As long as it meets your surgeons or ASMB guidances..you should be ok. You might have to use multiple pills to get to the recommended guidelines.

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
I have not, but as long as they have the recommended dose your doctor gave you, I don't see the problem.
I get my b12 and D from Walmart (equate brand). They are about $6 for 180 pills. I also get my multi at Walmart from Jamison.

Probably should say which vitamins. I find most of Costco vitamins these days are gummies, so I avoid most of their versions being sold. I do get my Flintstone generics at Walmart (Equate brand). I figure everyone in my surgeon's support group has stuck with their reco and doing well. So I'm staying with 2 of those everyday for now. Most of my other vitamins I get either from bariatric sites or from Netrition.com.

Flintstone's vitamins are NOT adequate for our post-op vitamin needs, even if you take two per day. We need 200% RDA of all vitamins and minerals, and Flintstones come up short on calcium, A, D, K, B3/5/6, C, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.

Prenatal vitamins are a great idea. I will have to compare them against the recommended guidelines from bariatric surgeons...however, they already should have more vitamins and minerals than a regular one.
Two you take 2 prenatals per day? RIght now I take 2 centrums as my multis
