What's on your Sunday menu RNYers?
Hi everyone!
so a lesson for all us procrastinators: Some database was down, so I couldn't get my license renewal yeasterday. So I literally have to get it done Monday, the last possible day before they expire. Happy birthday to me, I get to spend it in the license bureau.
i think we're having family in for dinner tonight, and other than that, just chores around the house.
qotd: did you have a hard time getting rid of your old clothes? I didn't think I would, but turns out, maybe I am....
i held onto them because I thought I could sell them, but I'm finding I have a lot more feelings wrapped up in them than I expected.
1, the major one realizing I was ever that big. ( it's so strange to feel so disassociated from being 378, while still feeling like you're the same size. Often at the same time)
2. I remember how good I felt in some of them, or associated it with a memory/event, and that makes me sad/nostalgic at the same time.
3. At my highest weight, I pretty much only wore leggings/yoga pants. There are quite a few pairs of 4x and 5x yoga pants floating around...
4 I fear regain, and wonder if I should hold onto the clothes from the lower end. The 1x and 2x. But I'm not.
All that to say, other than a few keepsake pieces, everything is being bagged and donated today. I'm not getting anywhere selling them, and I told my husband I think saying I was selling them, was just an excuse to hold onto them longer. So out they go.
accountability: great. For not having a plan, everything was protein forward. Spaghetti with squash, and slow cooker ribs!
menu:
B: coffee and premier
L/D: no idea, but protein forward!

Good morning! I slept until 6:30, which is very late for me. Happy Birthday tomorrow!
Thanks for the AMAW/CAMAW reminder. I just put a new post up with the current list so everyone can check it (and OH will remind me when anyone responds).
QOTD: I didn't have any problems getting rid of my biggest stuff, but I do find myself hesitating over a few things now. I've been this size for a year, but still have a few items like cashmere sweaters that I've hung onto for years that aren't huge, but are bigger than I am. I should just go ahead and donate them!

See below for the pumpkin yogurt. Emiepie's egg salad is equal parts chopped hardboiled egg and cottage cheese. You can add bacon or other chopped meat such as ham. I also add some TJs everything but the bagel spice.
