Good morning friends.. I agree Erin it feels like fall here too... A great day for jeans and a sweatshirt. On the agenda today is groceries and then spending the afternoon and evening with my mother in law. Should be fun I guess.

QOTD: I am an over planner waiting to the last minute drives me nuts. A lot of my family members are fly by the seat of your pants kind people and it drives me crazy seven ways come Sunday....

Food for the day:

B: Coffee with premier

L: ham and cheese roll ups

S: who knows

D: eating with the mother in law and she is cleaning out her freezer in preparations for leaving for FL so who knows!

Enjoy the day!

Hi all, Happy Saturday!

It sometimes, briefly, feels like fall here, then the next day it's hot again. Last night it dipped in fall-like fashion, though - it's 7:30 in the morning and not quite 40 degrees! These little things make me excited - I love the cooler weather. But today's coolness is fleeting - it's supposed to go up to 87 today. I'm not complaining. Living here has it's benefits!

I am more of a procrastinator than I like to admit.

First: Vanilla Protein drink (still can't call such a thin thing a "shake"!

B: 2 Oz. Turkey

L: 2 Oz. Chicken

D: 2 Oz. Tilapia

S: 0.6 oz. cheddar, another protein drink

Good morning weekender's! It's supposed to be in the high 80's this weekend, so no fall weather for us just yet. I have been doing some serious fall shopping lately. Sweaters of course, but also shoes and boots. I cannot believe that I've had to buy all new shoes/boots because my feet have shrunk a whole size and all my tall boots were wide calf. I'm shocked at how big they are on me. I'm having fun and spending way too much...

QOTD - yes and no... financially I am ridiculously anal about every bill and account and I reconcile everyday, yes, I am that fussy. I am really good at managing our money and saving, but even better at spending, lol. Personally, organizing and cleaning - yes, I put it off until the conditions are all perfect like Kakasie/Karen said. Sometimes you just gotta start and go from there.

Accountability - perfect!

10 mo post op -171! yay!

Qotd: I procrastinate on things I don't want to do, or don't understand what to do. But I dead the feeling of being unprepared- so I'm mostly have it together.

m2: Thomas' mini bagel, pineapple (impromptu cause I was feeling shaky at the grocery store)

Talk about being dizzy I had the same problem at the grocery store today. I had to stop and eat a greek yogurt. i sometimes have dizzy spells. How is it going adding some carbs into your diet?

It's never a problem adding carbs to my diet-- doing so constructively is the issue :-) my docs office gave me a menu idea sheet that has more carbs than I'd ever consider.

For now, the bagel thins or mini bagels (which was on their menu idea sheet) is uncharted territory I'm trying out. Not daily, but a nice change.

I think adding good carbs is good and bad for me. Its a huge trigger for me. DO not get me wrong I have added them but leads me to peanut butter on the thins and such. I should really go to my nut lady. I am enjoying watching your menu posts. Good Luck
