hey all

I'm not sure if I get colds more or less frequently. I really didn't get but once a year or so. I went to ohio a few months ago and come home with one. that was icky. also- i can't remember when I got my flu shot, this year or last. hmmmm.

plans for this weekend- none so far we decided to stay here after all, the shots in DH's back were really worse than the shots before and he is in pain. no lifting for a few days so I need to be not too far away to carry the pup (itty bitty) downstairs to potty.

My pic this week is when I was in Chennai 5 years ago for work. It was a great experience.

Food plan for today:

egg whites

jello/yogurt

coleslaw dry mix

eggplant/squash

tuna?

protein cake

not sure about dinner yet BUT schwans was offering 50% off first customers so early this week I ordered a crap ton of meat! roasted chic wings, alaskan salmon, tilapia, green beans and more salmon- lol

we will be eating awesome!!

I remember my parents getting stuff from Schwans....I loved the cinnamon rolls and other stuff of course.

Quick post before heading to bed, back on nights this weekend.

QOTD: I haven't had a cold at all since surgery in March, and I usually have one bad summer cold every year.

Menu:

B - 1/2 Scoop protein powder and creamer in iced coffee (X 2)

B2 - Tuna pouch

L - 3.5 oz Shrimp, Spinach salad, lite Greek ranch dressing

D - Salmon Burger

S - Tuna Pouch

S2 - Roast beef lunch meet, baby bel light cheese wheel

Calories - 673, Protein - 109, Carbs - 16

My pictures below are of my shopping trip last weekend. My first and probably only ever Michael Kors purse. We (my aunt and I ended up only paying $93.80 total for both the purse and wallet (both of us paid $93.80 - we got the same purse and wallet in different colors). (They were originally over $450 but were 70 percent off plus we had a $50.00 gift card that was given to everyone on the bus to spend at any store at the outlet mall). The other picture is of my weekend haul. Everything that I bought was on sale . The white Oxford button up shirt I got at Old Navy for $3.13.
