Good Morning :)

I absolutely forgot to come on and post this morning. It was raining during my walk and then I got distracted as soon as I got to my office. This is the first moment I've had to sit and think :)

I'm so happy it's Friday!! We are doing family thanksgiving part two tomorrow, but I am taking Sunday off. No nothing lol. I just need a day to catch up on life and laundry.

QOTD: I don't get sick as much as I used to and when I do get a cold it typically lasts the 7-10 days they are supposed to instead of lingering or turning into a sinus/chest infection. I had one episode where I thought I had appendicitis just after surgery but it was actually a ruptured cyst. I was actually just thinking this morning that DH is also quite healthy. I think I've only seen him sick twice in five years. He grew up on a farm which I truly believe makes a difference in their immunities. My grandmother is the same way.

Breakfast - protein bar

Snack - hot cocoa, peanuts

Lunch - pepperoni and cheese

Snack - turkey sausage

Snack - pepperoni and cheese -- for those wondering why I've been doing two snacks, the first one is at work and the second is when I'm driving home in traffic.

Dinner - tbd - hopefully something beef related

Snack - protein shake if needed

All water and vits.

Good morning all of you lovely people, and happy Friday. I am planning a busy day. I?m going to the science museum this afternoon to see a Pompeii exhibit, and then shopping. Tonight I am going to see Mark Broussard with friends. Should be fun.

QOTD: I used to get colds all the time when my nieces and nephews were young, but not so much now. Maybe one or two a year at most.

Accountability: I had a glass of wine instead of the protein hot chocolate. Otherwise, stuck to plan.
