What's on your menu today (Photo Friday!) RNYers?
Good morning and Happy Friday!
Suppoosed to be rainy today but right now it's dry so makes for a better commute.
Lets talk about colds and flus. We went to my sister's last Sunday and she had a bad cold. By Wednesday, my husband and daughter both had it. It made me realize that I have not had a cold since surgery and I guess I can attribute that to my vitamins. I know I'm not immune and it will come but how about the rest of you? Do you find you get less colds now?
Accountability was pretty good yesterday except that we had wings for supper. I went for unbreaded but they are still high in calories so I was a bit over. Protein and carbs were good though.
My photos are of my front door and step as well as some of our other Thanksgiving decorations - the ones I wanted to post last Friday.
Menu:
B: Fried egg with 2 strips of bacon
L: Salad bar I think.
D: Waiting to heat if our nephew is coming so plans are on hold.
Vitamin patches are on.
No exercise planned.

Good Morning Teena and Menu Family! Happy "Lucky" Friday the 13th! I hope no one is superstitious! I'm sure it will be a good day!
Tonight is book club at Panera. I will probably get a Green Goddess salad or soup. Tomorrow we are going to an outdoor haunted cornfield maze called Knee Knocker Woods which is supposed to be the best haunted "house" in the state! I'm excited!
QOTD: Whenever I feel like I might be starting to come down with a cold I take Zicam and it always wards it off so I haven't had a cold in ages! My daughter had a really nasty cold and I didn't catch it from her, thanks to the Zicam or maybe thanks to my vitamins. We always get a flu shot, too. I haven't had the flu in many years ... knock on wood.

My pictures today are from our second session of horseback riding. I LOVE horses and we had so much fun! I wish I could afford to go riding all the time! I'm so thankful that I'm now light enough to go horseback riding without squishing the poor horse.
