What do you do with Greek yogurt?

I eat it two or three times a day. Fat free plain mixed with 2 oz of whatever fruit. Sometimes I throw in 2 oz of Vector cereal or bran flakes instead. Recently though, I discovered through this forum if you mix in a couple tablespoons of sugar free chocolate pudding powder, it thickens up and tastes exactly like chocolate cheesecake. Not gonna lie, that was amazing.

Mine is too caloric to eat more than once a day. It is one of my most flavorful meals of the day.

The pudding mix has long been a fave around here. I haven't tried it for years. May hold off some more.

sometimes I add a little SF pudding to it for flavor and top it with fruit - other times I mix it with stevia and vanilla powder (and again, top it with fruit). I eat it so much (at least twice a day) that I started making my own to save money. I buy two gallons of 2% milk a week to make it (I drain the whey off, though, to make Greek yogurt, so I end up with one gallon of yogurt rather than two)

I make homemade low sugar granola and mix it in for breakfast most days. I also have used it as a substitute for cream cheese in some Instant Pot dishes I make.

Bran buds were a big step for me. I don't like them outside of yogurt. I don't have good portion control with granola.

OMG I love Ellenos yogurt. It is the best I have ever had. There are markets here called Zupan's, and they have Ellenos yogurt bars like the one at Pike Street Market. It is fantastic.

Don't see the flying fish at Pike's Place. Go diagonally across the street and get fresh Ellenos! I can get it in the stores too. They are building a new and bigger facility so it should be easier to get in surrounding areas.

The tourists are thinning out so I go buy it downtown sometimes.
