What do you do with Greek yogurt?
I eat it two or three times a day. Fat free plain mixed with 2 oz of whatever fruit. Sometimes I throw in 2 oz of Vector cereal or bran flakes instead. Recently though, I discovered through this forum if you mix in a couple tablespoons of sugar free chocolate pudding powder, it thickens up and tastes exactly like chocolate cheesecake. Not gonna lie, that was amazing.
sometimes I add a little SF pudding to it for flavor and top it with fruit - other times I mix it with stevia and vanilla powder (and again, top it with fruit). I eat it so much (at least twice a day) that I started making my own to save money. I buy two gallons of 2% milk a week to make it (I drain the whey off, though, to make Greek yogurt, so I end up with one gallon of yogurt rather than two)
I make homemade low sugar granola and mix it in for breakfast most days. I also have used it as a substitute for cream cheese in some Instant Pot dishes I make.
