What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Hello all
I haven't posted in a while. I went last Saturday on shopping trip set up by where I work. I took my aunt with me. We had so much fun. We did alot of walking both days and I ate very well those two days with the exception of a few iced coffees that were higher in calories and carbs than I would have normally had.
Monday and Tuesday I stayed on plan calories 691 / 687, Protein 92 / 92, Carbs 23/ 29,
Wednesday - not a banner day for me. Calories 1014, Protein 55, Carb - 67.
Today I'm back on track.
Calories 497, Protein 74, Carb 27
The scale has not moved in a week, but with the added carbs while on my trip, I'm not surprised. I am hoping to see it go down when I weigh tomorrow.
QOTD: No toll roads in South Dakota.
