I think fall has finally arrived. Its cool again this morning that I'm cold.

Qotd no toll roads where I lived at.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D crack slaw and if I have room, coleslaw

I haven't had it but have heard of it. Google it but I think it's that prepackaged coleslaw fried with meat and seasoning. :)

Yeah, that's pretty much what it is and you can play around with the seasonings. VERY tasty (good food for cold weather, I think).

I have some hamburger. Coleslaw comes bagged. I KNOW what I am making sunday!

Good morning!!! I'm probably going to sound dumb, but what is AMAW? Feeling a little clueless haha.

QOTD: we don't have toll roads in AK that I know of so this is a hard one to answer. I suppose they'd be very expensive if we did though!

B-premier protein with cereal (I know! It just sort of happened.. can't take it back now )

L- work is doing a big soup potluck so I'm going to have syntrax and then maybe later have a scoop of chicken soup so I don't offend anyone by not eating.

d- family birthday dinner at my brother's so we're having salad and homemade pizza. His family is gluten free so I may have a sliver of pizza and some salad.

s- going to avoid it like the plague

v- patches and split up vitamin pouch for my water bottle

e- walking dogs. Can't wait till Sunday! Going to look at a fancy treadmill on Craigslist. Hopefully I'll be able to run everyday if i end up buying it :-D

AMAW is a challenge to eat All Meat All Week... or CAMAW whi*****orporates things like cheese/yogurt/ etc. You can find the post just a few posts down from this one to see more. It helps to get the cravings from the carbs out of your system and jumpstart weightloss too!
