What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Struggling with hypoglycemia. But weight is between 156.8-157.8 this week!
Breakfast 1: 1 oz pot roast and 1/4 cup black beans
Breakfast 2 (9.50a)= pepperoni + 1/4 cup roasted low gi/gl veggies (carrot, celery, onion, parsnip, white turnip mixture)
Lunch 1: 1 baked egg with pepperoni, mozzellera, and pepperoni.
Snack 1 (depending on Blood sugar): celery with sf PB OR proseccettio (aka italian ham wrapped cheese stick)
Dinner: full fat cottage cheese (1/2 cup) + steamed broccoli.
Snack 2: (depending on bs)- same as above.
Before bed snack: 1-2 oz pot roast

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! These wild fires are so scary and even though I am hours away from them, we are in a valley and the smoke and ash have blown here. The skies were hazy and gray yesterday and the air quality is very bad and expected to be worse today. Praying for all affected.
QOTD: No toll roads where I live. That seems really expensive for you though!
Time since surgery: 3 years 2 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Aidell's Cajun style sausage, mixed nuts and a SF popsicle when I get home
D: BBQ chicken pizza (1/2 low carb Lavash bread, canned chicken, mozzarella cheese, Alfredo sauce, crumbled bacon, cilantro and Walden farms BBQ sauce)
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice seasoning and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

I am so heart broken at the devastating fires in the Napa area and in SoCal. Be careful with the terrible air quality. It really got to me with the fires here this summer, and I don't have any underlying respiratory issues. I can't imagine how bad it was for people that do. There was at least one death here that was directly attributed to the bad air quality. Stay safe!

My DS was in Napa until a year ago and he is pretty sure the last house he was in burned (they had to evacuate). My brother in San Jose says the smoke is awful.
