I have found them handy as well. Also, when I saw how she had six meals/snacks programmed into MFP I went searching so I could do the same. This has been amazing since now I can see what time of day I struggle the most with snacking. Before I just had all snacks in one section for the whole day.

Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve! These wild fires are so scary and even though I am hours away from them, we are in a valley and the smoke and ash have blown here. The skies were hazy and gray yesterday and the air quality is very bad and expected to be worse today. Praying for all affected.

QOTD: No toll roads where I live. That seems really expensive for you though!

Time since surgery: 3 years 2 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Aidell's Cajun style sausage, mixed nuts and a SF popsicle when I get home

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with canned pumpkin, pumpkin spice seasoning and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

Glad you're not too close- we've had wildfires in Western Canada this year but that's the other end of the country. So sad though.

I am so heart broken at the devastating fires in the Napa area and in SoCal. Be careful with the terrible air quality. It really got to me with the fires here this summer, and I don't have any underlying respiratory issues. I can't imagine how bad it was for people that do. There was at least one death here that was directly attributed to the bad air quality. Stay safe!

My DS was in Napa until a year ago and he is pretty sure the last house he was in burned (they had to evacuate). My brother in San Jose says the smoke is awful.
