AMAW/CAMAW
I did it last time and it was a great experience. I really got just how much carbs were in my diet. It also help me build up a menu of easy to prepare meals that I now eat over and over again.
Constipation is REAL. Take meds.
I can't participate in this one but I'll be eager to read the menus and I hope the best for all the participants.
This will be a good way for me to get back on track! Thank you so much for doing this, and it is the perfect time. Please sign me up for CAMAW.
I can't wait to get started.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
I'd like to do the CAMAW. I checked with my doctor and I'll need to eat a very small spinach salad each night due to my Coumadin levels, but I'll refrain from any other non-vitamin K containing vegetables. That should meet the spirit of the event for full inclusion. I'm talking about a cup of leafs in total once a day at lunch. I'm having a very hard time post RNY maintain levels due to the malabsorption, so they don't want me to mess around on my K levels too much.
Thanks
