Accountability: I met friends at a pizza place last night. No alcohol (or liquids at all) but I did have some pizza.

QOTD: I grew up in a small-ish college town, visiting my grandparents mid-sized central Ohio farm on the weekends. As an adult I've always lived in the Burbs, but far enough out that I can have a horse at home - think 2-10 acre home sites/ mixed residential / lowish income areas). Since April I've been living in a bigger sized city (Columbus Ohio) during the work week and while I totally miss my little farm, I am enjoying city life! I'd say I'm a farm girl at heart, but one who can appreciate city life :) I'm planning on living in the city for at least 3 to 5 years.

B- Chia seed protein pudding with dehydrated peanut butter (YUM!)

MS- nope

L- Blackened Salmon Salad (half for lunch half for tomorrow's lunch)

AS- 1/2 cup cottage cheese if needed

ES - Chai Tea with added protein

Total Calories: 844, Protein: 115, Carbs: 46, Sugars: 19, Fat: 33

Exercise: I ran a slow 3 miles this morning, then biked to work (5 miles) I'll bike back home then do my weight lifting circuit this evening. Tomorrow will be a swim day :)

Hi everyone,

Feeling a bit better today. I went to work but my boss thought I still looked horrible and sent me home.

QOTD: I grew up in a small town. It was some country and a some conveniences as well with a couple of restaurants. Now I live in medium size town with Main st. attractions but there is also a lot of country around us as well. I live on a street with farms all around us.

I still don't have a great appetite so will probably not eat everything on my menu.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey

S: 2oz turkey

D:2oz kelibasa, 2oz pork chop, 1/2C broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick
