Good morning,
Qotd Even though I'm 3 years out, I'm not at goal but the struggle is bad. I'm afraid of going backwards so I have to be vigilant. It is harder for me suffer from binge eating but I know what I have to do. I have a weight limit so I reign in my eating.
Accountability not good, leaving at that.
B leftover meat lovers omelette and hash browns and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D rotisserie chicken and coleslaw
Have a good day
Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!
QOTD: I've been feeling pretty positive about things but like others, I don't want to get complacent and let my guard down. But I do feel like I know what I need to do - log my food in myfitnesspal, exercise, come here and post every day, etc. I am so much healthier and so much happier now, that I really don't want to regain the weight! I am determined to succeed!

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: hamburger patty with melted cheese
D: chicken alfredo

E: Walking
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesdayl
Yesterday was my birthday. I had an absolutely wonderful day, and felt very loved and happy! I stuck strictly to my plan. I'm working on increasing both exercise and water.
I want always to retain the awareness that I will always be vulnerable to regaining unless I remain very diligent and implement all of the weight control tools at my disposal. Thinking that I was over my obesity in the past when ending weight loss diets did not work for me. I recognize that I have a lifelong predisposition which will not go away just because I have reached goal (of course, I'm still far from goal!).
First: Vanilla Protein drink, Bariatric Fusion
B: 1.7 oz. turkey, 0.3 oz. cheddar
L: 2 oz. chicken thigh
D: 1.7 oz. Turkey, 0.3 oz. cheddar
S: 1/2 portion protein drink
Have fun today everybody!
