Weird noises
I am 4 weeks and two days post op and I have these weird gas bubbles (or what I'm assuming is gas bubbles) that come from my pouch and sneak out my mouth. I sound like a frog! I thought maybe that was my stomachs way of telling me it's hungry ( I don't ever feel hungry except head hunger for foods I can't have or shouldn't have). But it has happened after I ate and before I ate. Anyone have suggestions????

Sounds like burping. Which in my experience has been different post RNY. Smaller and often involuntary.
One thing I wouldn't discount is poor breathing. I think many of us obese folks pick up a lot of poor breathing habits probably out of necessity. Our noses can't keep up with our needs and we do a lot of mouth breathing. That could translate into more swallowed air.
I didn't think of that, I have a cpap but before that I had several times where I'd stop breathing because I couldn't breath through my nose and gasp for air (or so my husband tells me)

Well your apnea should improve as you lose weight.
Personally I used to be a "loud breather" even while awake but that's improved as I've lost weight.
People do practice breathing. I try to do a bit of mindful breathing every morning but I'm not super disciplined.
