Haven't been around cause I am kinda down
I'm sorry you're feeling down. Your hike tomorrow sounds like fun! I love hiking and being out in nature. It always lifts my spirits.
Do you like swimming? It's a relaxing way to burn loads of calories.

As Stacy has said, it is really about weight loss being slower after a revision, as well as not having as much to lose. slow and steady wins the race. Exercise is great for us, especially in maintenance, but don't get down on yourself over the exercise, there is little to no evidence it helps with weight loss.
For me I always found changing up my food choices helped, even if it helped just mentally....- having a calorie range- usually about 200 calories. So maybe 600-800 clories a day. A day I ate 3oz of steak for dinner was going to have more calories than a day I had 3oz of fish. I never felt the need to compensate because I chose steak. Also adding fat. We need that too.
