Chicago is great! I live close so I go a fair amount. It's beautiful in the fall and spring! It's pretty in winter too, but waaaay too cold.

And I love NYC too. Funny enough, I found that the people there were pretty darn friendly. Which is totally the opposite of what I've always heard. People were always willing to help the pathetic lost tourists.

Good morning,

I had fun at the unofficial class reunion last night. I did had two ****tails and waited to eat when I got home. Had chicken breast and carrots. I was still hungry so I had a protein bar then later I had popcorn.

Qotd I really don't have a list. I do have some things that I've done and want to do.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D honey mustard bratwurst and carrots

Hi everyone,

Nice pic of the river, Teena! Very atmospheric. Thanks for starting the menu threads.

Busy busy with work again today and through the weekend, but then I should be back to normal.

There are still some major things I want to accomplish before it's my time to go, and I hope I'm able to pull them off. But as far as pure fun goes, travel tops my list. I want to return to Europe, see the British Isles, and spend at least a month each in both France and in Italy.i

First: Cappucino protein drink

B: 2 oz. Turkey

L: 1.7 oz. Ham, 0.3 oz. cheddar

D: Greek yogurt

S: another protein drink

Afternoon!

Guys, I'm struggling. I've been so tired the past week and a half. I'm pretty positive it's hormone related (day 12 of my period from hell). But dang am I dragging. And I feel off emotionally. Not depressed or anything severe, just off.

QOTD: I do have a bucket list. A major one is getting my PhD. But I would also love to spend 3-6 months back packing Europe and EurAsia. I want to travel the world, but that's one specific trip I have started planning out.

M: low energy means low effort meals

  1. Protein Coffee
  2. Leftover roast (I don't know if I mentioned but I am finally able to tolerate meat!)
  3. cottage cheese and avocado
  4. Protein coffee number 2
  5. bone broth

E: skipped it, but I'll go to bootcamp tomorrow
