Good Morning! Happy Fri-YAY! I have missed you guys the last few days. It's nice to be back home and my routine. The meetings were great and we ironed out a ton of details on some new tasks so now it's time to get them implemented.

Accountability: I didn't do horrible while traveling but I good reason to buckle down-I signed up for a 1/2 marathon that is on Nov 5th (the last one I did last year, I know I won't PR but decided I wanted to do it anyway and my hubby and Em signed up to do the 5k too!)
QOTD: A hot air balloon ride is on my list too!

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami snack cup, 1 oz. mixed nuts and pork rinds, SF popsicle when I get home
D: Grilled chicken breast, mashed cauliflower topped with butter, shredded cheddar and bacon crumbles and SF pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 1 hour stair-climber and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

My pic is my "autumn outfit" I wore to the office Wednesday since they had a jeans day if you wore "autumn attire" (even though it was 98 degrees since it was in Phoenix). I took this when I was packing to send it to one of girls in the office there to make sure it would okay. It's hard to tell but the top is like an eggplant color.

Happy Friday and hello 3 day weekend! Today is an easy-peasy day at work and I'm off at 2:30 so no complaints. It's supposed to be in the 90's today, it was already 70 at 6 am! Anyway it will be cooler and beautiful all weekend and that makes me happy - I see a couple of hikes happening!
QOTD - I don't have a bucket list, but I want to travel!!! I want to see the USA, so many places I want to go! Portland, Seattle, NYC, New Orleans, Minneapolis, Chicago +plus SO many more - then the British Isles and all of Europe...the usual. I have NO desire to skydive, zip-line, hot air balloon, rollercaosters... I like my feet on the ground thank you very much!
