What's on your Friday menu RNYers? Photo Friday!!
Good morning and Happy Friday! Long weekend here so of course I'm very happy about that. We are now also having DHs aunt and uncle as well as his parents over for Thanksgiving on Monday so I'm looking forward to that. I love entertaining.
Do you have a bucket list- or something similar if things that you absolutely want to do? I don't have a formal list but there are definitely some things I want to do. A big one is a hot air balloon ride. I've always wanted to do that but the closest was a tethered gondola in Gettysburg. It was awesome still and the view was spectacular.
Accountability was not the best- I did go over on calories because we ended up going out to eat last night. Nothing too serious but still.
Photo Friday! Fall photos! I meant to have my front step all decorated by today so I could post a pic of that. Since that didn't happen, I'm posting a pic of the St. John River in New Brunswick. It's absolutely breathtaking and this pic does not do it justice. I took this pic 8 years ago.
Menu:
B: Protein Shake

Have a great day everyone
RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Good morning Teena and menu folks! I am glad that Friday has arrived and that I have a extended time to rest. I have been feeling mentally tired and am glad that I have some leave time coming next week as well.
I got in a long walk yesterday as well as our deep water aerobics and the scale is down this morning. I am still a few pounds higher than my lowest weight, but at least the scale is headed in the right direction. I am trying not to get too frustrated with the scale of late.
QOTD: I don't really keep a bucket list although I know that I would like to travel more and do more hiking. I am trying to work in some hikes this fall while the weather is nice. I've been reading books on local hikes and marking ones that I want to try. I have quite a list now.
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 oz ham

Mornin'! I was wide awake at 5:00 - after sleeping only 5.5 hours - so I'll be dragging today. At least I don't have any work-related things (meetings, etc) after noon...
Accountability - went over by 150 calories yesterday, which isn't terrible, but I feel like hell this morning. Super waterlogged. Must be the Mylanta + eating some high sodium things yesterday. Ugh...
QOTD: I don't really have a bucket list, but I, too, would like to do more traveling. We used to take an international trip every year, but we haven't done that in ages. Even going somewhere domestically once in awhile would be nice!

Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!
QOTD: I don't really have a "bucket list" but there are some things I want to get accomplished. Get my daughter's childhood pictures put into a photo album, illustrate the children's book I wrote and send it in to be published and sell off my collectibles so my daughter won't have to deal with them when something happens to me.
Photo Friday: On Wednesday Saralisa and I went horseback riding! It was SO much fun! Saralisa got to ride a pretty palomino named Frosty and I rode a brown & white pinto named Taylor. We rode in a lovely local park where the leaves were just starting to turn colors and it was so beautiful.
Also, here is a picture of a pumpkin that Saralisa carved.

Great pictures...and a happy nice pumpkin face... I love that. Your riding pictures reminded me about how times have changed! You're wearing helmets(how smart is that!) and tennis shoes...when I rode (like 50 - 60 years ago) we had to wear shoes with hard soles and a hard heel...most tennis shoes were Keds and they were "dangerous" because they could slip through the stirrup etc... etc. Your pictures look like fun.
