Hi Teena D and OHer's, our weather is supposed to be in the high 60's with lows in the 40's at night...perfect sleeping weather...cool air on my face and 4 blankets on my body.

QOTD I think that I love to save money more than I love to shop. That said...when I shop I usually only shop sales... unless I really want something it needs to be a really good price. I am working on a grocery shopping list for a staggered month stock up of supplies(i don't like to run out of anything!). I use coupons and check out the discount bins. Safeway totals my savings amounts on my receipt...when I get home I transfer that amount into a separate savings account...that way I really save my sale savings amount!

Coffee, optifiber, cream, vitamins, second coffee I use pp for creamer and then finish the pp throughout the day for the 30 g of protein

B 1.5 egg bites

L 1 hotdog with mustard

D 3 - 4 oz. Crack chicken

I have physical therapy today..my pt person is very strong. Have a great day everyone.

QOTD: do I really need to answer this question- lol. Mine is clothing as number 1, then perfumes, then anything else I can get for really really cheap. My favorite are the $1 color tags at the thrift stores. they are so fun.

hello all- yesterday i worked, worked some more, watched an auction online (we had some stuff in it). I bought a really nice fancy mixer I didn't need but WANTED. Its a jenn air atruzzi - i do have a kitchen aid but it is really heavy and i don't keep it on my counter. I also have a hand mixer little one for small projects, and an immersion blender. made sous vide ny strip steak last night with cauliflower. it was really yummy.

we are going to try to camp this weekend - waiting on hearing back from campsite. would be perfect weather.

exercise: yoga/meditation

Eats:

leftover sloppy joe

green cauli

jello

decaf

iced coffee

not sure on dinner

I did have 1 bite of apple butter bread I made- sliced two huge hunks for neighbors, left 2 little slices for DH.

Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!

QOTD: I prefer online shopping to shopping in stores. I love getting a bargain and I buy my clothes from swap.com consignment. Great clothes and low prices and easy to return the ones that don't fit or you don't like. We have a local Dollar Auction site on Facebook and I buy a lot of bargains on there. I get some really great things for only $1 or $2!

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 57, Calories - 1,020, Carbs - 126.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: chicken stir fry

D: stuffed peppers

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, broccoli tots

E: Walking my dog around the subdivision

Have a WONDERFUL day everyone!

Good morning menu peeps! Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in and will do another mile after dinner. Accountability we didnt get our second walk in as I ended up having a last mi ute meeting at church but I stayed on my food plan with no extra bites. QOTD I love clothes shopping now that it's easy to find things that fit and look good but with hubby retired I don't do very much of it. When I do shop it's resale shops all the way--too tight to pay regular price on anything. Post op 5 years 1 month and weight at 118.4 today. Heres the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c crab salad 1/2 c peas D 1 c chili with grated cheese S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added raspberry jelly. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goals.

Hello Everyone,

Accountability: Yesterday was bad for me. I had a rough day at work with constant running around followed by a crappy commute into Boston and a long rehearsal. I gave in to head hunger and went over my calories and had more peanut butter than needed. Trying to get only meat in today to make up for it and get myself back in the swing of things. I have to find some way to deal with stressful work days and late night rehearsals that don't involve food or gum... my tummy is upset for all the gum I chewed on my way back from Boston to stay awake.

QOTD: I LOVE shopping... like way too much. I'll shop for anything and everything but right now my favorite things are clothing! For the first time in my life I can actually get clothes I like and not what I have to get and it's so much fun to try things on. I feel like a kid playing dress up sometimes. I can't always afford the things I try, but I just enjoy doing it anyway.

B: coffee, premier protein and sf torani with protein hot chocolate

L: Prosciutto and a volpi roll

D: Sirloin Steak and broccoli

Qotd: I don't enjoy clothes shopping, though I suspect that will change when I can shop in normal sizes :) I do like shopping for my hobbies (gardening, scrapbooking, etc). My Baker Creek seed catalog will be here soon and I can start daydreaming about what I'll put in my garden next spring, and circling the seeds I want...like a kid at Christmas with the toy store catalogs!

cruel cruel Panera bread...I've been randomly selected to receive a FREE bagel every day for the month of October. FREE!! And there's a Panera Bread right down the road from my house. I did fall victim to their ploy last night and I got an everything bagel. I took it home and put cream cheese and leftover turkey breast on it and ate it like a sandwich. It was delicious, but now my coworkers are passing my Panera card around so they can take turns claiming my daily bagel :P

breakfast: Greek L&F and coffee

lunch: more turkey and green beans

dinner: spinach salad with shrimp and homemade lemon honey vinigarette.

Gym tonight, hoping to do 1.5 miles on the elliptical, and I've been weight training, so it will be abs and core tonight.

Need to up my water, only been averaging 50-60 oz, and I'd like to be closer to 80-100
