Stand still
a 1 year stand still is because you are eating enough food to maintain...
Without knowing your typical menu for a week, it's hard to tell you what you might want to change if you still want to lose, but at 3.5 years out, it's very common to be maintaining...
To lose a pound in a week, you have to cut out 500 calories/day... that's 3500 calories in a week (there's a Vet here that told me this once and it really resonated with me). If you want to lose more weight, this is what you have to do.
Going back to the basics and putting protein first, veggies second, and cutting out the starchy carbs will help.
