Mornin' All!

another drive-by as I have to head in to work in a few and teach an 8:50 class. Four classes this week - but the rest of the week will be much lighter than last week. Whew. Classes will be over at the end of this month, and then things should slow down quite a bit.

Last Thursday I told my supervisor that I was planning to retire after this school year. I was afraid to say it - but everything went well....

QOTD: my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. I find Christmas too stressful with all the gift stuff. Sometimes I wish we did it more like Thanksgiving, where we just spend time with family and make a big dinner....

accountability good yesterday, weight down slightly this morning. YAY!

2 years 3 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt, 1/4 mango, pomegranate seeds

S: coffee with half & half, macha/raspberry/vanilla protein/Miralax shake

L: chicken salad (made with Greek yogurt) over spring mix

D: an ear of corn for sure (it's getting old...). Maybe a chicken/apple/pecan/lettuce salad to go with it.

ex: long meeting tonight, so not sure if I'll make it, but I'll try to go to the gym. Had Aqua Zumba last night after being away for a couple of weeks - felt great afterwards and still feel great this morning!

Good morning menu peeps! Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in already and she is now snoring beside me. We will do another mile after supper too. Accountability was good yesterday with no extra bites taken. Post op 5 years 1 month and weight at 118 today. QOTD my favorite holiday is Christmas but it's not nearly as much fun as when my boys were younger. Heres the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and 1 T peanut butter added L 1/2 c crab salad 1/2 c diced tomatoes D 1/2 c sloppy joe meat 1/2 c green beans S 5 oz cottage cheese 1 T no sugar added strawberry jam. Love me some Lily shots!!!

Our boxer, Uma, is not doing well... and I'm very stressed and sad over it. I wish you were closer because I'd be over getting some Lily snuggles when the time comes. Luckily I have my Yorkie, but she's just not a cuddler like our boxers!

I'm so sorry to hear about Uma. Sending boxer cuddles your way for sure. I hate to think about when that day cimes for Lily. I will be a basket case.
