My first NSV's almost 6 weeks out

i rode a horse today for the first time in 25 years

i got into a 1x t shirt for the first time in 20 years

i can now reach every part of my body in the shower!

i started in February at 341lbs

had surgery at 286

today I am 255.

Amazing changes! Congratulations my dear. Make a list and keep it on your frig for those days when making the right choice is hard. It really helps. Keep it up!

That is a great list. Keep it going! I haven't ridden a horse in years, I need to put that on my list.

Those are great nsv's. You must be over the moon to be able to get back to living life.
