Skim milk vs. Half and Half

Use vanilla premier protein shake. Add plain protein powder.

I don't eat oatmeal very often because I'm trying to keep my carbs low and I'd usually rather have berries, but when I do (on my long bike ride days), I add premier protein. It tastes great with vanilla, caramel, or chocolate premier protein.

I use Fairlife Protein milk instead of any regular skim milk (it comes in a skim, but I use the 2%)... much lower sugar than regular milk, and a nice amount of protein.

But I wouldn't use it in oatmeal, because I don't eat oatmeal.
