B12 help
Others above gave you some good advice. I use sublingual B12, and like my levels around 1500.
What are your other labs like? Low ferritin, in particular can result in the issues you are having.

Would you consider a nasal spray? My dr prescribed it for me, Nascobal. You use it once a week. I have always struggled with anemia, low iron and b12. I didn't know the b12 vitamin also helps with anemia! So while I am still anemic with the spray my numbers aren't as low now as they were last year while using the sublingual b12. My b12 stays around 1200 according to my blood work. Just a thought that may be a happy medium between injections and pills. So far I've been very happy with it.
