What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
Good morning menu friends -
I am working all weekend, so thought I would make a quick post on my break. Yesterday was so busy I didn't even get a real break - I worked while I ate during each break and lunch. Saturdays and Sundays are less busy usually than Fridays thank goodness.
Accountability - Yesterday's numbers - Calories - 695, Protein - 97, Carbs - 21
QOTD: As many of you have already said, I love autumn but do not like the reminder that winter is coming. I hate driving in the winter and my commute is 72 miles round trip. I work 12 hour days so I am away from home for 14 1/2 hours every day that I work (I am always in the parking lot at work 40 minutes early). I leave home everyday at 5:30 and I don't get home until 8:00, so any added time due to bad weather really makes for an extremely long day. I usually end up staying in a motel in the town that I work in about twice a winter due to the weather.
I was getting really frustrated with the scale this week - not only is it not showing a loss it is showing a gain of 1 pound. Thursday night when I was trying on laying out clothes for my three work days I noticed that a pair of my pants were getting big enough that I had to wear a belt. I had just bought the next size smaller pants in that brand earlier in the week because I found them on sale, thinking that I would get into them eventually. Eventually happened today, while I am thrilled that I can fit into them, that means that the few pairs of pants I have bought in the last couple weeks will soon be too big.

B - 1/2 scoop protein powder in iced coffee's w/ SF creamer
B2- Emiepie's egg salad
S - 3.1 oz shrimp w/ ****tail sauce
L - Tuna pouch , spinach salad
S - 3.5 oz shrimp w/ ****tail sauce
D - Smoked Salmon, button mushrooms, laughing cow cheese wedge
Calories - 671, Protein - 96, Carbs - 21

Hey everyone,
I got my 6 miles in, showered and had to head out to get an X-ray. I have an IUD that's MIA. Then I went to spend some Kohl's cash I had. No other plans for the weekend
Accountability- yesterday was a fail, miserable fail. I woke up in the middle of the night with a thought, don't carry yesterdays guilt into today. So I won't, yesterday was yesterday- I'm leaving it there.
qotd: I like autumn...and I like pumpkin; pie, muffins, donuts... You know all the bad stuff. My fail yesterday started and ended with pumpkin flavored treats. I used to do the orchard, hayrides etc...but the kids (and I) have outgrown that.
