I have regained, started over and lost several times. There is no reason you cannot start over and be successful. Just do it.

But I don't want to start that cycle again. Maybe that's just what us peeps with weight issues do for the rest of our lives? My alarm is up 5 pounds do something now! But I just can't get down another 5. I want 20 more to meet goal.

I believe most of us will have to do this the rest of our lives. The difference is now we have a powerful tool that can help us get back to our goals.

I am 9 years out. I have gained 5-10 pounds several times since my RNY, but have lost it each time.
