Good afternoon Menu Family!

I'm posting to get this in today but I haven't read any yet...

Accountability: I've been hungry, I'm blaming my notched up exercise program - swimming makes me HUNGRY. Last night I added half a cup of cottage cheese with a tsp of SF pistachio pudding mix stirred in, and during the afternoon I had a single dark chocolate wafer.

QOTD: My dad is one of seven kids, so I had 28 first cousins on that side, and my mom is one of two kids, her brother had no children of his own so this kinda off-set dad's side. I have three sisters, two older and one younger. I'm the only obese person in my family.

Hello everyone,

QOTD: I am from a big family. Unfortunately most of my great aunts and uncles have passed away over the years. At our family reunions we used to have anywhere from 250 to 300 people.

Yesterday I celebrated my 1 year surgiversary as well as my 26th anniversary. Last year we celebrated our 25th anniversary with my WLS and this years my wife is sick! LOL! It's all good just as long as we are together.:)

B: 2eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice cheese

L: 3oz turkey

s:2oz turkey

D: 5oz pork tenderloin

Enjoy the rest of your evening everybody!
