Protein shake selections

Hi,

I like the ISOPURE brand. They absolutely do not taste like protein shakes. Mine tastes like banana flavored almond milk. I mix a little water, 30 calorie almond milk and one scoop of the ISOPURE.

I also use Quest occasionally since I bought so much of it and the Syntrax capucchino flavor to mix with coffee.

Aside from premier protein (Costco) I also got the protein powder from Bariatric Advantage. 2 scoops every morning with tons of water and ice makes it look and taste like a Frappuccino. I like the vanilla the best because I can add my own spices. Like now I add two tbsp of pumpkin purée and voila...I have a pumpkin latte. I also got their latte flavor which has a hint of coffee flavor. They have a lot of different flavors but these two are my favorites.

I agree that one a day is enough once you are 4-6 months in. By that time you should be eating enough food to get the rest.

I still believe (after trying 6 different ones) that Unjury is the protein shake of choice for its quality!

Once I tasted BSN Syntha 6 I threw all other protein out. It is the only brand that does not smell like spoiled milk. Try a single serving pack and you will no longer have to drink stinky shakes.
