Caramel.....it's the final frontier for me. Still haven't seen it anywhere!

Walmart carries the caramel flavor. They are the best a little on the frozen side. I can't stand any of them anymore, but that was my favorite.

Unfortunately there's no Walmarts in New York City. We have Target but no Walmart.

I guess I can order online.

I use several flavors of Syntrax Nectar Whey protein shakes for my morning snack. I like the Cappuccino, Fuzzy Navel, Grape, Ice Tea and Lemonade flavors best. They have 23 g of protein per shake and that helps to boost my protein intake. I keep a few Premier Protein shakes on hand for emergencies like when I am running around and may need a snack, but the powder is cheaper and comes in more flavors that I like so I use that usually.

How do you prepare your Syntrax Nectar? I have used a few samples with water and low fat milk and they did not taste so good. I was hoping for them to better for my taste buds.

I make all of the flavors with water. I don't like all of the flavors, but I bought the sample package and tried to see which flavors I liked.

I mix Nectar and ice tea Syntrax into Kirkland's (Costco brand) VitaZero water - not the tea and nectar together, but those 2 flavors mix well with VitaZero. Very good. My NUT suggested VitaZero as a way to up my liquid numbers. Her one fantastic suggestion

people's tastes vary a lot, so I'm not surprised some people don't like them. I'm a Syntrax fan. I mix the fruit-flavored ones (and the iced tea one) with Crystal Light lemonade to boost up the flavor a bit. The chocolate and vanilla ones I doctor up with different SF syrups, PB2, make it (the vanilla, anyway) into pumpkin latte shakes, etc.
