What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
Good Morning! I am still feeling a day ahead this week and there is no way it feels like only Wednesday.
QOTD: I love This Is Us and it's waiting for me on my DVR. It feels like with all the shows starting up for the Fall that I am going to have trouble keeping up-LOL! In addition to This Is Us, Designated Survivor, Dancing With The Stars, I am interested in the new show The Good Doctor.
Accountability: I had support group last night so I was up later than normal and was hungry before I went to bed so I had some yogurt and a protein bar.
Time since surgery: 3 years 1 month
B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Spaghetti squash casserole and grapes
S: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps, 1 oz. mixed nuts, baby carrots and string cheese, SF popsicle when I get home
D: Apple chicken sausage, edamame and SF pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 1 hour stair-climber and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1197 Protein:118 Carbs:83 Fat:49
Have a great one!
I just roasted a Spaghetti squash yesterday, maybe I'll have to make up a mini-version of your casserole. Actually looking forward to bringing my faux potato pancake omelets back.

Im back from our adventures--we've been gone since the 5th. We were in Indiana,Chicago area,Minnesota,Wisconsin, very edge of South Dakota,Iowa and then back to northern Illinois near Moline. I stayed on track with both exercise and eating and came home weighing 118.4 as I did when I left. Lily and I walked a mile every day somewhere--sometimes in woods and when at Walmart overnight windowshopping. Had a great time. While gone hubby and I met up and joined a mission group Nomads--a group of retired United Methodists and others who do upkeep projects for church camps, orphanages and small churches who need assistance. They travel to an area and stay in their RVs and work for three weeks. 30 amp electric, water and sewer are provided for you all you provide is the gas to get there, your food and some work time. Looking forward to our first trip with them for sure. Walk is done for this morning and will do another mile after supper. Heres the eats for today B 2 eggs scrambled,1 piece bacon L 31/2 oz deli chicken and cheese 3 baby carrots D 31/2 oz ribeye 1/2 c cauliflower S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goals.
Welcome back Karen. Sounds like you had a good time and did a good job staying on plan.
