Good morning from North Bay, ON. I have a beautiful room and I'm feeling totally pampered. Watched the season premiere of This Is Us last night and loved it. I hardly watch TV but this show is awesome.

QOTD: Are there any tv shows that you've been waiting to come back? My daughter loves Chicago Fire and Chicago PD so she's really looking forward to them coming back on and for me - as mentioned it's This Is Us.

Accountability was great yesterday. Everything logged in MFP and I was on point.

Menu today is again up in the air.

Have a great day everyone.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

Good morning Teena and menu folks! Today is already warm and humid, but it's supposed to be cooler tomorrow and nice by Friday.

I have my 7 month appointment with my surgeon today. I haven't lost as much weight this month, but I'm still doing well.

QOTD: I don'****ch TV regularly so I don't have shows that I'm waiting for. We usually stream Netflix if we want to watch TV.

Menu:

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon

Snack: Lemonade protein shake

Lunch: TJ's lemon grilled chicken, baby carrots

Snack: 2 oz turkey breast

Dinner: filet mignon, TJ's Hodge Podge veggies

Exercise: short walk, 45 minutes on the treadmill

Good morning! I have been so swamped lately and not getting here like I want to. I am happily riding the rails this morning with a little extra time :)

QOTD: I liked last season of This is Us, too. Looking forward to catching it on demand tonight :)

Accountability: I didn't eat 50% of what I brought--too busy and distracted. I got home and wa starving so I ate a bunch of cheese whips then was too full for dinner. Oy.

Calories are higher than I like today but the salad I brought is pretty big and I am sure I won't eat it all. If I am not hungry I will probably skip the cripsbread and guac and just have the turkey for a p.m. snack.

Hi Teena D and OHer's, today is supposed to be in the high 70's...tomorrow low 80's....love the sun. Then the temperature is supposed to drop to the 60's and 50's.. with rain. Love the sunshine but ok with our rain.

QOTD I love watching the voice...I love the bantering between the coaches and love listening to the contestants great voices... I watch very few shows although the fall season seems to have the ones I can stand to watch...not a terrific tv fan.

B 1 egg bite

L 1 tuna patty

D chicken tender 3oz

Today i start my out patient therapy for my knee replacement...if I can get the bend to 110-120 degrees the doctor will not need to break it loose again. Yaaaaay

Good morning! We have our bedroom window open to the cool night air and I slept like a baby! Only problem is that makes it so much harder to get out of bed.

Qotd: I'm always waiting for more Game of Thrones, even though it just ended lol. We're also looking forward to Stranger Things, a show on Netflix that will be starting the second season on October 27th. If you like early Spielberg (think ET) you'd like this show!

breakfast: small ham steak and 2 scrambled eggs with cheese

lunch: salad with spinach, cucumber, cherry tomato, walnuts, diced apple, and bleu cheese dressing

snack: Greek L&F

dinner up in the air, we're going to a pumpkin patch again and not sure what we'll find to eat there, though I am planning on sharing a s'more with DH

Good morning :)

I'm home from work today to go to a doctor's appointment. It was awesome just having a little sleep-in. So today I will get groceries, go to the doctors, and possibly get a haircut. I was holding off on cutting my hair until after all the weddings.

Something exciting happened last night -- well exciting to me. I received a copy of the textbook that I contributed to so my name is in print :) I was invited to help three other authors to write a chapter on working in international organizations.

QOTD: we are currently catching up on the Blacklist. I haven'****ched much tv lately since starting work -- which is probably a good thing ;) I love This is Us but it's so emotional!! I don't usually like shows like that. We are waiting for some other shows like Bluebloods and Live PD.

Post-op two years, six months

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - bunless burger

Lunch - chicken

Snack - Greek yogurt

Dinner - meaty sauce

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

qotd: The good place, this is us, stranger things, outlander, trial & error,

I'm ok- my free NRT test was interesting, she found that i was having large intestine/liver and pancreatic issues (yep i didn't tell her till after about the bowel and liver issues), scar tissue and issues with wheat. She seemed to think that my body wasn't handling my lo carb tortillas very well and that I should lay off for 2 weeks and see how I feel. I can handle that. it was causing the bloating i think. she said to rub the wheat germ into the scars for 4 minutes a few times a day that it will help. also said to eat fermented foods before a meal. i will just have them with my meal as part of it. got some saurkraut.

went by kroger after session and got some cole slaw mix (veggies), plain yogurt, and some more veggies which were marked down. two eggplants for $1, green cauli for $1, and a big bag of lemons for $1 to add to water.

food

decaf/protein powder

protein cake or pancake

hB egg whites

gizzards

dinner i think will be ham/mac for DH- not sure about me.

Exercise today: planning on meeting neice up at lake after work for paddleboard/kayak. we will see if she flakes.
