Good morning everyone~ I LOVED the gym yesterday. Although my legs felt all wobbly walking to my car after, I am not sore at all. Meeting my sister after work for a hike today, the weather should be perfect.
QOTD - We've been having temps in the 80's recently, but for the most part we had a very mild summer.

another tuna with balsamic convert! I love that stuff!
I have such a hard time finding SF popsicles here in Canada. I might have to look on Amazon, it would be so nice in this heat to have a cool treat in the evenings.
Enjoy your hike!

Love tuna w/balsamic, thanks to you - total convert!!
Love my Popsicles. I really wish I could find Luigi's sugar free lemon Italian ice, it was amazing in the hospital.

I would totally call the hospital and ask to speak to the Supervisor or Manager in Nutrition and find out where they get their supply of the Luigi's Italian ice from, really do it. I do things like that all the time. Or call the unit where you had your surgery and ask to speak to someone about it, someone there has to know and I bet lots of RNs there love it too!

what about canned salmon, canned chicken or canned ham? All great protein sources if you are not a tuna fan
