What's on your Tuesday Menu RNyers?
Good morning and happy Tuesday! Road trip for me today. I am going to visit some brokers in Northern Ontario so willl be away overnight. At times like this I'm glad my kids are teens and can manage for themselves as DH is working tonight as well.
Accountability- I didn't exercise- got caught up in a book and couldn't put it down. Eating was a bit heavier than I like as well.
QOTD: What's the weather like where you are? We are in the middle of a heat wave. We had a cool wet summer and the last week and a half are the warmest it's been. My daughter gave me a bday card last week wishing me a sunny Birthday so she's taking ful credit. Apparently her card worked too well.
My menu is completely up in the air as I will be travelling with my boss but I will make protein forward choices.
Have a great day everyone!

hi All!
Feeling enormous today. A bit too high on calories the last 3 or 4 days (except for one), feeling backed up, and very waterlogged from sodium. I can't eat today until after 11:00 because of a blood test, and I'm grateful for that. Going to make this a light eating day overall. I need to really come in low on calories the next few days to make up for this water weight. I'm also going to try cutting back on the Mylanta, since that's the main culprit. This is driving me nuts!!
QOTD: very warm and humid again today here in the Upper Midwest, but rains coming tonight which are going to cool things down, so temps will be more seasonal for the foreseeable future - high 60s/low 70s. Thank God! I am ready!!

Good morning! Weather has been hot and balmy here. Today is predicted to be a cool 81 degrees (lol). Very unseasonable for fall in Wisconsin. I've had a headache since last week and I'm blaming the barometric pressure. Cold front come through already!
I managed to stay completely on plan yesterday for the first time in ages. I'm attributing it to posting here. :) I'm going for two days in a row!
