I did too (struggle at first to get in my water) and I found that my fitbit lead to me drinking 18+ cups per day. Okay, okay - I just posted I borderline hate the fitbit in the other thread. However, when I do get a reminder and get up to move, a perfect 300 steps is our company kitchenette. So I go and fill up my tea or waterbottle. So I have water with me everywhere I go. Just make it handy. Also I surround myself with different flavors to add. Lately it is grape. I never liked grape before the surgery. Suddenly grape popsicles, grape SF crush, graph Walmart generic crystal light.... Make it fun. I do love my decaf green tea from Tazo. Reminds me I got to get up to move and fill up my water to start the day. So make it purposeful, fun, flavorful and handy. Hope that helps.

I measured how much my favourite mugs hold, (400 ml), and I usually drink bottled water that holds 500 ml, so it makes it easy to add up (2 bottles of water and two mugs of decaf get me almost to my 1893 ml...or your 64 ounces). So I normally try to drink 3 bottles of water and 2 cups of decaf, or 2 bottles of water, two cups of decaf and 2 herbal teas. I always have water next to me and drink it when I wake up in the night. I go through stages where I like sugar free flavorings in my water, then I suddenly hate it and want it plain again. I have no idea why that happens, lol.

I usually add premier protein to my decaf and herbal teas, and lately have been adding pumpkin pie spice too; yum!

I've never managed to get the 64oz in without counting all my liquids. I use the protein drinks, liquids like yogurt and cottage cheese, and lots of flavored water. I'm not a fan of artificial flavors and sweeteners - except I HAVE TO USE THEM TO GET IN MY LIQUIDS!!! I keep the "Fit&Active" liquid water "enhancers" on hand, a tub of Lemonade Stand protein powder... lots of variety. If I only count traditional liquids like my coffee, tea, water - I probably get in about 48 oz a day. If I count all my liquids I can hit the 64oz numbers.
