So my new kick....Protein pudding!!
I've also been using some of the "too sweet" RTD protein shakes to make chia seed pudding. I mix a scoop of plain protein powder, the chia seeds and half a shake together and then leave it in the refrigerator over night. The chia seeds drive up the calories, but it's been a decent breakfast for me clocking in near the 250 calories I allocate for my breakfasts, it offers a nice 35g of protein (depending on which RTD option you use). Last night I used a Premier Protein Caramel shake - the pudding tasted like butterscotch of old :) Next time I make this I'm going to add some berries to it to help cut the sweetness.
