What's on your Monday Menu RNYers?
Good afternoon! I was up at 4:45 AM so I can sleep well tonight and get up at 4:30 AM tomorrow to go into the office. Luckily I only have to do take a few more times before I'm done (once a week max). Yesterday was a perfect day at the beach. I'd say it was one of the most perfect for summer except it was fall. Have a marvelous Monday!

That looks and sounds amazing - I wish I were better a BBQing. I guess if I would practice some I would get better at it :)

I'm listening to The Barber of Seville in advance of seeing it next month.
I made tuna fish today because I was too lazy to go to the store. I'm always amazed at how filling it is. I need to eat it more. I'm also eating greek yogurt with bran, deli meat with mustard, coffee with milk and lots of diet green tea. That's tasting good these days.
