What's on your Monday Menu RNYers?
We didn't get started until 1:30 and got the last batch out of the canner at 10:00, but we were only doing 8 pint jars at a time - we probably could have done 9 most of the time. We did it all in small batches. My friend and I have been canning together for the last 4 years so we kind of have a good routine now.

Just a quick drive by for now, I'm in the waiting room for my first meeting with the surgeon! I've met with his nutritionist and nurse practitioner already.
Qotd: I'm obsessed with Song 3 (not sureifputting the pound sign in will make OH mad) by Stone Sour currently.
breakfast: protein shake (didn't have time to eat anything of substance)
lunch: leftover zuppa toscana soup. Perfect for a rainy day.
Dinner: there's a bit of pork chop left in the fridge, and probably a salad.

I saw your pictures! The bulldog is adorable! Glad you had fun!
