What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
Good morning weekenders! I just got back from doing my followup sleep study. I've been using a CPAP machine for several years and this one was to evaluate my need for it after weight loss. I don't have the final results yet, but I don't think that I need it any more, which is great! Just another NSV for weight loss!
QOTD: We went to London several years ago and had a great time, but I enjoy our shorter trips to the shore and the mountains too. We spent some time in the mountains last week and I really enjoyed myself. It was so peaceful and relaxing!
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, ham
Snack: Cappuccino protein shake
Lunch: TJ's chicken sausage
Snack: turkey breast
Dinner: pork chops, cauliflower
Exercise: long walk

Excellent - I hope your are freed from the CPAP! I had sleep apnea diagnosed just prior to surgery (I knew something was different about my sleep). Because I was already on the WLS path my PCP said that he would consider weight loss to be the treatment so I never had to get the machine. Good thing, as I am incredibly picky about my sleep environment and that would have messed it all up.

Good Morning Erin and Menu Family!
QOTD: When I was a child all our family vacations were spent in Green Mountain Falls, Colorado at our family cabin. I remember riding horses, playing in the creek that ran below our cabin, climbing mountains, picking wild flowers, going to the North Pole, (an amusement park nearby), making s'mores in the fireplace, feeding hummingbirds and just hanging out at the cabin. It was idyllic!
My other favorite vacation was in 2004 when my daughter and I went to Virginia and visited with my brother, John and his family and my dad. We went to the beach in Ocean City, Maryland and to Busch Gardens Amusement park where I rode several huge roller coasters! We had a wonderful time and my dad died a month or two after that trip so I was SO glad I got to spend the time with him.
