Time to celebrate!
First, I had surgery on June 26th of this year. As of this morning, I am down 100 lbs! I can even explain the joy and how much better I feel. I am within 15 pounds of my high school football playing weight, and my goal is 20 pounds or so below that! I am so very glad I had this procedure and so very glad to be healthy again for the first time in a long time...
BMI under 28.
Blood pressure 120/70
Fasting blood sugar 94
I want to say thank you to all who went before me here. I read your stories and your struggles and they helped me tremendously.
Praying for you all!
Tom

Wow!!! That is impressive! Congratulations!
To be honest I'm kinda jealous. My surgery date is the same as yours and I am barely at 50 lbs loss. I'm mostly jealous of your BMI

Before surgery I met with the nutritionist. He told me I was a medium frame...I just laughed!! I played high school football...I was a lineman. But after I lost the weight, I realized he was right...I was a medium frame. I had gained so much weight, over the years, I couldn't see that frame behind the fat. I got down to 187-190 from a high of about 300 pounds. Don't know what your frame is...But you might be surprised when you hit goal. Brian
