I'll have to ride along participating on the side lines, but with the addition of 1 green salad at either lunch or dinner. I don't mind getting rid of all the bad carbs, but I'm on Coumadin and my blood levels are extremely sensitive to the amount of vitamin K in my diet. I have to eat a small salad every day or I go out of range high. I recently ate some Kale in a stir fry and the next week my INR test went from 2.5 to 1.7 (2.0 to 3.0 is the within acceptable range). So I'll just report for fun at the conclusion, but remind I'm unofficial. I believe that is what I did last time and lost almost 5 pounds that week - Unless I can get a medical exemption ;)
I'll call my band of one doing CAVWMAW - Critters and Veg with Meat all week. I just tried to say that out loud and my cube-mates thought I was having a stroke - that or I was talking with peanut butter in my mouth.
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)
