What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?
OK this is freaking bizarre - I posted the following this morning, but it said oneatatime posted it, not me. I wouldn't even know oneatatime's password, so why on earth would it do that??? Here it is again - hopefully it'll post under my name (catwoman7):
Happy birthday, Teena!!
This is going to be another busy week. Ugh. Plus I worked all day yesterday, so I'm going to get my days screwed up (happens every time!!). At least it'll feel great when it's over!!
Going to a memorial service this afternoon - a co-worker's father died. He (the father) was only 61. Cancer. Really sad. At least my father got to live a full life...
QOTD: I like spring & fall for the weather. Although I hate hot weather almost as much as I hate cold weather, I like summer for the "feeling" - for the nostalgia - long days, no school, hanging out at the beach (even though I haven't been to a real beach in years...). Winter I pretty much hate all around...(so why did I move to Wisconsin???)
I'm going to try really hard to cut back a bit on calories this week. I'm above my comfort range again this morning (up 2 lbs since yesterday). I know it's almost certainly water weight, but I'd like to keep even my "water weight weight" within my acceptable range, too, which means I need to lose a couple of pounds. This shouldn't be too hard, right?
2 years 3 months out
B: homemade Greek yogurt, raspberries & blueberries
S: coffee with half & half, SF pumpkin vanilla protein/Miralax shake
L: chicken salad (made with Greek yogurt) on a FlatOut FoldIt
D: chicken/peach/pecan salad
That is SO strange! When I saw the other posting I was trying to figure out why the surgery date and the time since surgery statement didn't synchronize. Then I started to read this post and realized I'd already read it!

Good morning,
I went out for breakfast this morning and ran some errands.
Qotd summer, spring and fall. Hate winter.
B scrambled eggs, bacon, and raisin toast
L tuna, cottage cheese and watermelon
D ribs and glazed carrots
Have a wonderful day
Happy Birthday!!! OMG you're doing so well! You look GREAT!
Good Monday menu family!
Accountability: I had an emotionally tough weekend and there were a couple of slip-ups as I was cleaning out and packing up my shared kitchen. My skinny, Barbie like, roommate buys the worst junk food and I had a couple of bowls of cereal that I regret. I was able to "make up" the carbs and calories by having a very low, almost fasting day yesterday so onward and upward!!!
QOTD:
I love autumn. I love the color, the smells, the crisp air... I like football and bonfires and piles of leaves!

Exercise: I commuted to work by bike today - my heart rate was above my max rate for most of the ride but that is more due to the terror of riding on city streets than the actual work load. As it's a Monday, I had a flat tire AND I thew my chain on my ride in. Tonight I will lift weights for the third time at the rec center. I'm hoping to make that a twice weekly event! Starting next week I'll be doing a ten week running clinic on Monday nights. It's more about the stretching and mechanics than just running but I figure it will help keep me accountable - the group runs for 30 minutes at each weekly session.

I'll forgive your brownie sin if you forgive me for eating a rather large square of peanut butter fudge not 15 minutes ago.
