Good morning. Happy Birthday!

Fall is my favorite season. I like not having to wear a heavy jacket but still being outside. And the crisp air is the best! I also live in New England so we have beautiful falls.

Accountability: Yesterday went well. Saturday I stupidly ate a pretzel, which turned into two handfuls. Freaking carbs!

B: dunkin coffee and wake up wrap

L: 2oz deli ham and cheese

S: turkey pepperoni

D: leftover filet mignon with glazed carrots

Vitamin patches on. Ran this morning.

Good Morning! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I hope the weekend celebrations were awesome!

QOTD: I love FALL.

I am not posting my menu today as most is TBD since it's iron infusion day and since I will be hooked up to an IV for 5-6 hours I am not sure on food yet. I have some jerky and a protein bar in my bag and my hubby is probably going to bring me lunch but not sure yet. I will have my SF latte this morning and my usual breakfast before I head to the hospital.

I did get my 6 miles in this morning since I don't plan to run tomorrow.

I hope you all have a great day!

I can't even imagine running for six miles... I did just download the 10K app on my Samsung phone since I can run the 5K now.

Happy Birthday Teena!

QOTD: I think I like the transitional seasons the best- spring & fall. Not to overwhelming of heat or cold. And staples to look forward too in both (i.e.: leaves falling, flowers blooming.)

Accountability- nothing to report really. I did make a poor choice in buying some cookies- but my senses got the better of me and I tossed the whole bag in the garbage last night. (In the garbage- under icky stuff- cause Lord knows simply being in the can in not enough of a deterrent. )

2.4 years out 199.5 today

M1: 1 egg, 1/2 c. turkey sausage crumbles

M2: Ham/sriracha chicken/cheese roll

M3: Roast park tenderloin 5 oz

M4: Quesadilla filings- no tortillas

Yep! Just being 'in the can' is not always a deterrent! Wow is THAT a hard one to admit to!

I bought a bag of those fried onions last week... and I munched on them on the way home... when I started losing control (who am I kidding, I lost control before I even opened the bag) I looked at the nutrition information... 14 servings in the bag, and I was over half way through with it...

I had to dump it into the trash, underneath a bunch of gross stuff too!

I hate that feeling when something gets to me like that.
