Hello weekend folks

I can rarely post on the weekend but my Sunday church job is off today. Yay!

QOTD: I was afraid I'd be the person that wouldn't lose weight with this. I was also afraid I wouldn't actually be able to have the RNY because of excessive lapband damage. Obviously they were able to do the surgery and I've lost the weight more quickly and gone much farther than I or my surgeon ever expected. (Thank you vets)

Accountability: I would like to do a CAMAW week this week. Is anyone interested in doing it with me? This is my last week before my surgiversary and I want to make the most of it. I'll be out of town at my sisters house on the big day with my daughter. We are celebrating by all getting our hair done together! I can't wait. Photos to follow!

Norma - I will do CAMAW with you this week, with 1 disclaimer. I have to eat some spinach everyday. I usually have a spinach salad, but for this week I will just eat the spinach by itself (with a tiny bit of some kind of Walden's farms dressing), if you are ok with that.

I am on blood thinners due to atrial fibrillation and we (Dr. and I) are having a heck of a time getting my numbers where they need to be and getting them to stay consistent since surgery. He would like for me to keep eating my spinach (now that I have started eating it daily) at least until we get the numbers consistent. I have to have my blood checked every 2 weeks, so a week of not eating it would really affect my number.
