Hi kingfisher73...I recognized your name from your "popcorn?" question yesterday.... I actually posted about the tricky path popcorn and I went through on this thread only on Friday menu plan.... everybody's different but my advice is to stay away from the popcorn!!!

Yes as HonestOmnivore said they come in a carton which looks like a cream or milk carton - are in the store near the eggs. They are easy to use and lower in calories than regular eggs (because they are egg whites only).

Good morning all!! Did not get a chance to post yesterday but loved all the pictures you all look great...

Awe today is a busy one. I am going into the office for a couple of hours, then to get a hair cut, then shopping to finish getting stuff my trip to Vegas on the 25th and more birthday shopping for niece #1...

QOTD: All the time.. I still see myself that way. Even yesterday at work I had the woman who I love by the way in a joking way say when are you going to by some clothes that fit. I still struggle with not wanting to wear clothes that are form fitting. Also, when we go into a restaurant I catch myself to saying we will sit at a table because I have a fear of not being able to fit into a booth, my husband knows why I am saying it and he will speak up and say we will have booth please.

Food for the day:

B:coffee with premier and sausage

L: we are going out for lunch

D: Chili at my brothers house he is practicing for another competition. I can't tell you how happy I am my bother's competes in things that are protein forward otherwise I would be so sad!!!

Have a great Saturday all!!!

I actually did buy a couple of outfits for evening events that fit well. I purchased them when I visited my daughter in DC it was quite an adventure because she kept bringing me smaller and smaller sizes and I kept arguing with her that I needed the larger size. When I went to pay for one of my outfits the little brat tried to swap out on of my shirts for a smaller size but I caught it before I paid...Sometimes that child of mine is a sneaky little one....

Good morning :)

My grandma and I are off to go shopping in Niagara Falls, NY side. Mostly going for groceries but I might see if I can find a few comfy shirts for work. I have lost my sweater/shrug thing for covering my arms. Putting away my summer clothes is on my very long to-do list, so hopefully I find it. Nothing seems to get done now that I'm working.

QOTD: I forget that I'm thinner alllll the time still. If I have to walk through a crowd I plan the roomiest route so I won't bump into people. When I look at group photos I still expect to be the biggest person. And I also forget that people don't know I used to be bigger. At work yesterday an older coworker was talking about not wearing jeans because they aren't comfortable on her tummy and that they tend to make her stomach rolls stick out. I said ya, I try to hide them too. She looked at me funny and I was like, oh yeah, she wouldn't know I had lost a bunch of weight. I try to remember back to when my top stomach roll would push up so much that I could hardly breathe when sitting.

Post-op two years, six months.

Breakfast - protein shake

Lunch - restaurant tbd

Snack - depends what I buy today ;)

Dinner - hmm, depends if I'm home by then or not...

Snack - protein shake if needed

Apparently today's meals are more up in the air than I realized.

All water and vits.

Yeah I think I posted about it a few months ago, but I had a full conversation with a woman, about plus size clothing options and limitations etc, because I happened to own a dress similar to what she was wearing. It was hours later when I realized she doesn't know I used to wear a size 32! I know when I was that size and some jerk woman would complain about options or compare herself to me, meanwhile she clearly could shop off the straight size racks, I would roll my eyes so hard hahah

Lol that kind of sounds like me when I complained that there were nicer plus size options available now than when I was pre-op. Sometimes I will see something I like that doesn't come in my size, or has the plus size price tag...
