Seriously?? You posted on this site before- and I assume, have read posts too. Did you really think you could have cheat meals and eat other things that aren't good for you and continue to lose?? This surgery requires a conscious, consistent effort to make nutritious eating choices.

It's time for you to seriously reevaluate how you eat.
You need to knock off the cheat meals if you haven't, and start logging and tracking your food if you don't.
Eat healthily prepared ( no fried or breaded anything ) protein at EVERY meal, and keep your portions to 3 or 4 ounces. Healthy fats help keep you full longer too, so don't be afraid of full fat dairy or chicken thighs/legs. ( They're cheaper than chicken breasts too, so there's even more reason to eat those instead of chicken breast meat. )
You could very well end back up close to your surgery weight by this time next year if you don't rein it in and make those serious changes.
You've been given a great tool to help you lose weight, but you've GOT to do your part too.

I understand that cole slaw may seem like a wholesome, diet-friendly choice, being made of vegetables and all, but beware. Commercial (and most home made) cole slaw is made with sugar. For instance, one serving (1/2 cup) of cole slaw at Popeye's contains 220 calories and 15 grams of sugar; KFC's cole slaw has 290 calories per serving plus 13 grams of sugar. Because of this, cole slaw is not the best choice for us if we intend to lose weight.
I haven't had surgery yet so maybe my comment means nothing. But over these months while I'm preparing, I'm coming to find healthier options for "treats" if I must have one, I might put a yummy flavored Greek yogurt in the freezer for frozen yogurt. But more importantly, I'm trying to reward myself with things besides food. If I follow my plan all week, maybe on Saturday I'll buy myself a new book, or get my hair done, or even something as small as a new bottle of nail polish. Whatever little things you like. You seem to be focused on the "negative" and what you can't do and what you can't have. Focus instead on what you CAN do, now that you're 50 lbs down, and what you can do when you get even closer to your goals.
