Morning! JB, I love that dress. Man, everyone is killing it in the before and after pics.
QOTD: good question. So I as of right now I'm a 9 that I will get to my goal weight. I'm pretty darn strict and really watch my calorie/carb/protein intake. But looking at long term maintenance, I get nervous. Since I'm fairly young, I know I have several decades of continued weight struggle ahead of me. I think I can do it if I continue on my current path, but it's so easy to get off track. I just really have to be vigilant and stay accountable. Speaking of which...
Accountabilty: last night I met up with one of my best friends at Starbucks and got a skinny/sugar free hot chocolate. I had planned to only drink half, but I drank it all. It was around 100 calories, which made me balk and then shake my head because I used to have the giant sugar filled frappes regularly. I did factor in into my calories and macros for the day, so I was good on that. But it really didn't fuel my body in anyway.
M:

M4. Bone broth
N5. Not sure: maybe a veggie and egg frittata?
E: beautiful weather calls for a bike ride!
V: Patches and iron last night. Thinking about adding a b12 every other day, I like the Patches for everything but that one.
Good morning! Happy Fri-yay! I'm off work today to take care of some errands. Weekend plans include going to a fair in a city nearby and since the weather should be nice I'm hoping to spend some time outside.
QOTD- For me it seems to change... some days I'm really confident and then others I'm so scared. Good idea to look at the pics and you've done so amazing.
