Stacy, you DO have it in you to do it, to be successful on this journey. You graduated college, law school, passed the bar and you are a practicing attorney. Take these accomplishments as a testament to your fortitude and ability to stick with those things that are important to you.

Remember that this journey is different for each of us. You are finding your way. You have had a lot of setbacks since your revision that would cause others to give up. You haven't.

This is just another stage in your journey, things will change. I believe in you.

Super late again!

QOTD: I'm not even close to my goal but I plan on doing everything my power to maintain. I will certainly take all of the vets advice on doing the right thing!

Accountability: I stayed on plan and I'm trying to eat a little more to get off this damn stall.

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast, 1/2 slice cheese

D: 4oz tuna, 2 tsp mayo, broccoli rabe
